          Description

          GOAL: COntact Kelsey, get here heatmap code for all of her heatmaps.

          And then we can run as a double check.

          AND THEN, we use this code to insert clustering strategies once we have decided on what.....

              Kelsey shared her code in an email.

              The purpose was to apply a grouping of color to the heatmaps via clustering.
              HOWEVER:
              We are not changing the order of the experiments.
              We follow this order:
              H25 H37 M25 M37 N25 N37 T25 T37

              So no changing the x-axis. We can only change the Y.
              But we want the Tam @ 37 to be the most magenta.
              So maybe we just sort instead of cluster. Will try both ways.
