GOAL: To avoid EB-Seq and do our own version......
The data we will use is DEseq counts that are normalized. But not the DEGs. We want to be upstream from that and still have all of the genes involved.
Eventually we will produce 2 tables. But here, we will focus on just one.
Produce a table where the rows are the Soly genes.
Each column is a comparison of 2 time points:
e.g.,
Heinz 0hr versus 3 hour - 25C
We do 0 vs 3.
We do 3 vs 8.
Repeat at temp, (3hr37C vs 8hr37C)
Start with just taking the absolute difference. Or should we take log fold change????
