Description
Situation: We need to come up with instructions for the IGB Release Documentation ahead of the upcoming IGB 10.2.0 release. These instructions should capture testing for the new features implemented by Karthik (Color by... and Filter by...) for single-cell data. They should also capture testing for GenArk Genomes implemented by Sravani this year.
Task: Update the instructions to include testing for the Color by, Filter by, and GenArk Genomes tables. This should include test cases such as persistent user input, import button in the Color by table, multiple SAMtag's in one row, etc.

I've drafted steps for testing Color by, Filter by, and GenArk Genomes. I'd like someone to review these steps to make sure I've captured all of the testing that needs to be done as part of the release process. Then, after review, I will plan to add these to the IGB Release Documentation with images.
The IGBF Release documentation subsystems Color by and Filter by covers a lot more ground than the google doc mentioned below. The subsystems test has been completed and the documentation has been verified. Ticket can be closed after GenArk section is reviewed.
I added one more set of instructions for the GenArk Genomes release documentation. It tests that the data under the Data Access tab can be loaded.
