      GOAL: To run McClust on Kelsey's data.

      This is an alternative to K-means clustering.

      "K-means is generally not the most effective method for clustering time-course RNA-seq data. While it is simple and fast, K-means can fail to capture the temporal dependencies inherent in this type of data, leading to suboptimal or biologically meaningless clusters.
