          Description

          Create a figure outlining the general steps to be taken in my phylogenetic analysis of Kelsey's data. Present this to Dr. Reid, Kelsey, and Dr. Cooper for feedback.

              Met with Dr. Cooper, she gave me feedback and provided some alternative tools for the project. Will update pipeline later on once I decide what tools to use.
