          Description

          GOAL: Taking some ChatGPT output code and running it on Kelsey pol data.

          This will run 2 tools. Rob only got 1/3 of the way through.

          Data is :
          1. a metafile (which is not confirmed to be in correct format but might be)
          2. Counts table

          And there is the r script in the folder as well.

          Just try to get it to run and then we can scheme if there is any further value in these tools.
