Investigate some GenArk Genomes not loading chromosomes

          Description

          Situation: While testing GenArk Genomes I noticed that some genomes do not load chromosomes. I think there was some previous discussion about some of the genomes not having genome assemblies associated with the data, but I would like to take another look.

          This hub loads with chromosomes in IGB: https://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/hubs/GCA/964/271/855/GCA_964271855.1/hub.txt
