          Description

          There are several tasks that need to be completed before we can commence smoke-testing.

          • Investigate and resolve the Jira/Confluence issue. See https://wiki.bioviz.org/confluence/display/ITD/10.1.0. The error reads, "Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error. View these issues in Jira." See IGBF-4366. Done
          • Update GFF files (File Formats), including files with/without a FASTA section - Done
          • Update sc-RNA Seq testing instructions (Color by... and Filter...) - Done
          • Upload the BAM, BAI, and CSV files from IGBF-4344 for Color by testing - Done
          • Update Galaxy History for testing (Galaxy) - Done
          • Add GenArk Genomes testing instructions - Done
          • Add PDF to testing instructions (Image Export) - Done
          • Uncheck all checkboxes - Done
          • Mark tickets with the 10.2.0 Fix Version - Done

                The Galaxy History used for release testing was removed at some point in the last year. I have added a new history and made it public with the same name. The history should contain the various file types needed for the release testing.
