Investigate exception thrown when closing IGB

          Description

          Situation: While testing various GFF files I noticed that one of them was causing several errors to appear in the logs after loading the file and then closing IGB. I tested multiple versions of IGB, and the errors appear as far back as IGB release-10.1.0. It could be that there is an issue with the file itself.

          Task: Investigate potential causes of the error.

          To reproduce:

          1. Download the file test.gff found in this folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1syR6mLOLsLzB6hnTaOY8uCjobwupcmEE?usp=drive_link
          2. Start IGB
          3. DO NOT select a genome
          4. Select File > Open File... and select the test.gff file.
          5. Click OK
          6. Close IGB
