          Subsystems Test:

          • Add Data Source endpoint - Testing Successful.
          • App Manager - Testing Successful. Note that when uninstalling apps there appears to be a lot more info in the logs. I think this might have happened when we were upgrading IGB to Java21. Does not affect anything, but may be worth looking into.

          • File Formats - Testing Successful.
          • Galaxy - Testing Successful.. Note that several files were missing the correct data type in Galaxy and so were not visible in IGB, but that should be fixed now.

          • Toolbar - Testing Successful.
          • Track Operators - Annotation Tracks - Testing Successful.
          • Track Operators - Graph Tracks - Testing Successful.. Note that there is a known issue when doing multi-track operations. The order of the selected tracks is respected when using the multi-track operator the first time the user clicks Go. However, if the user clicks Go again (even with a change in the multi-track operator dropdown), the track order (which track is above the other) becomes the order of the operator. In other words, if the user does not reselect the same tracks again in the intended order then clicking the multi-track operator Go button will default to which track is on top of the other.
