Add an "Updating IGB" page to the User's guide

This story was created to serve as a reminder for the task of adding an "Updating IGB" page to the User's guide.

There should be text and images that walk a user through the updating process (examine if the updating process is the same for new as well as old versions of IGB)

This page should be added as a child page of "Get IGB"
