[IGBF-465] Update the "Load Data" screenshot and text in the User's Guide - JIRA UNCC

Details

When opening a file in IGB there is a native file chooser that is now in use in place of the old file chooser.

The User's Guide stills shows the old file chooser here: https://wiki.transvar.org/display/igbman/Loading+data

The appropriate screenshot and text should be updated.
