Add context menu "copy" to bookmarks right click

          Description

          Currently right clicking on a bookmark only brings up a "properties" action. Yet if we want to copy a bookmark you must first select the bookmark panel, select a bookmark, and then use the application menu in order to "copy bookmark to clipboard" This is unintuitive. Please add an action to the right click context menu when clicking on a bookmark to copy it.

                After discussing with the IGB team the decision has been made to close this story and focus on the Windows specific problem in the near future.

                Testing shows that this feature is functioning properly on Mac and Linux, but not on Windows. Further testing revealed that this issue is also present on the public release version 8.1.12. Will discuss in scrum to determine whether or not to close the current story.
