          Description

          This story was created to serve as a reminder for the task of reimplementing the "Restore Read Sequence" option for BAM files.

          This allows a user to "restore" the sequence information onto the read models after the "Load Sequence" button has been pressed.

              We added this feature back in for the minor release of 8.3.2 but it turns out that the feature only worked for the whole read, not portions of the read (if they were separated by a connecting line).

              Because of this, this feature did not get reimplemented and so this story will now be closed.

              This feature was removed intentionally by Hiral for unknown reasons, but has been restored as requested. Its worth noting the removal was not caused by any bug introduced into the code base at any point.
