Data Sources become duplicated when re-enabling server

    Details

      Description

      Version Noticed: 8.3.1 and 8.4.0

It seems that re-enabling a server causes data sources to become duplicated.

      To reproduce:
      1) Open a genome and then click on "Configure" in the Available Data panel.
      2) In the Data Sources table uncheck and then re-check the checkbox under the enabled column for the "IGB Quickload" server (may have to go through a pop-up).

      *Observe:
Your data source is now listed twice under the Available Data panel.
Repeating the steps above causes the duplication to repeat.

Although originally marked as a will not fix, this was fixed for the IGB 8.3.3 release. The fix which was created for IGB 8.3.4 was ported to the old API since IGB 8.4 will not be released until sometime in mid June.

My testing verifies that this is now working as expected so this story will now be closed.

If you don't mind, I would like to reopen this issue so that I remember to test this when the changes are rolled out. Since it is not currently fixed on the testable Development branch I don't think we should close it yet.

Will not fix..... this is already fixed in the new DataProvider code which will be the default for IGB 8.4
