Don't allow selection of the graph axis

          Description

          Currently, a graph's axis is selectable but there is no use in selecting it. Furthermore, the selection of the axis may cause an annoyance for some user's so we should stop allowing selection of this axis.

              I think this may be wrong. When a graph is floating, the only way to select it is by clicking the axis. I think it is fine to select graphs by clicking the axis.

              Yes, I actually noticed this after creating this story. Since this is necessary for graph tracks I will now close this issue.
