It seems that the "Unload" scripting command is not working as expected.
Ann reported the issue. The unload command removes the requested track from the main view but leaves it in the data management table.
My testing indicated that the track names were removed from the seqmap but the tracks were not removed from the Data Management Table.

It seems that the "Unload" scripting command is not working as expected.
Ann reported about the issue saying that the unload command would remove the tracks from the main view but would leave the names of the tracks in the data management table. My testing indicated that the track names were removed from the data management table but the tracks were not removed from the main view. We should definitely look at the code behind this command to see why it is not functioning as expected. |
