Description
From Ann:
Hi,
I don’t need this right away - by around the first or second week in May would be fine.
I’m writing a paper describing results I got from analyzing output of the FindJunctions program.
The FindJunctions version I used was from the old SourceForge svn repository - it was r14,530. It used to reside in the “tools” directory.
For the paper, I just need to be able to tell people where they can get the program and how to compile it.
It’s meant to be run at the command line as part of a data processing pipeline. So probably if we can just tell people how to make a “jar” file, that would be fine.
