Editing a URL should trigger a feature tree refresh

        Details

          Description

          Editing a URL under the Data Sources tab in Preferences should trigger a feature tree refresh.

          This is currently not happening and should be fixed.

              Editing a URL also currently allows duplicates but this should not be the case because it may cause various problems downstream.

              This was moved into ready for testing but it seems that it was not resolved. After talking to Tarun it seems that here was some confusion and instead of fixing this issue he fixed IGBF-638 instead. I am reassigning this issue to David and moving back into the To-Do column.

              I am reassigning IGBF-638 to myself and moving it into the Ready for Testing column.
