Authenticated Data Sources with Saved Passwords are Disabled when Restarting IGB

          Description

          It seems that authenticated data sources with saved passwords are disabled when restarting IGB.

          To reproduce:

          1) Authenticate a Data Source and choose the "Save Password" option.
          2) Restart IGB.

          *Observe:
          The authenticated data source is now disabled.

              Seems to only be reproducible on our slower machines. David thinks its more reproducible on Windows.
