Description
Ann has recently revised the "About IGB" pop-up accessible from IGB's help menu but there are a few things we should do before the major release of 8.4.0.
1) We should add the version number somewhere into this pop-up at an appropriate place.
2) We should add periods to the last two sentences (the sentences discussing cache data and application data.)
3) We should add the word "are" to the last sentence so that it reads, "Application data ARE stored in C:\Users\lorainelab\AppData\Roaming\IGB."

It seems that the "r" at the end of "browser" has been removed and should be added back. Reassigning to Tarun for changes.
Also, it seems like the wrapping has changed and it does not wrap as well as it used to. Instead of making a separate story, maybe we can change fix that while fixing this issue.
