Description
It seems that chromosomes may not be sorting correctly under the current genome tab within the D. rerio genome.
This genome has several unusual chromosomes with a title like "Zv9_scaffold3564". When the genome is opened this long list of unusual chromosomes is listed first and then the "Chr1, Chr2, etc." are listed at the bottom.
This should be fixed so that "Chr1" is at the top of the list when the genome is selected, making it so that the genome opens to the first chromosome by default.

IGBF-695 IGB should sort chromosomes from "Chr1, Chr2, Chr3,...ChrX,ChrY,ChrC,....etc."

In the backlog grooming meeting it has been decided that by default, the order seen in the table in the Current Genome tab should first respect the contents of the genome.txt file.
Sorting would not happen until clicking the heading of one of the titles at the top of the table (either sequence(s) or length).
Ask Ann for clarification.
