Make sure logging into Open Stack is easy and include steps in wiki

          Description

          As mentioned in the backlog grooming meeting on 5/28/2015, we need to ensure that logging into Open Stack is easy for anyone and we should also include steps in the user's guide on how to do this.

          This can go in wiki under "Loraine Lab Wiki/Computer Stuff".

          David said the page could be called something like "OpenStack VPN Access" and the page should include a sub-page called "Kabana Access".

              Could not complete the steps in the Wiki because there was no "Connect" option in Windows when trying to perform the last step listed in the Wiki.

              Will discuss with John tomorrow for ways to fix this.
