Track Label selection info could be optimized for local files

          Description

          I think the selection info for local file track labels could be improved.

          The field "Server" shows the text "Local Files (Local Files). This is redundant.

          Also, there is a field called "url" and for local files this is not a url.

          These issues are low priority but are some things we may wish to improve upon on the future.

              My testing verifies that the URL is now being displayed appropriately. The other issues mentioned in this story will not be fixed for the 8.4.0 release since they are so minor.

              Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
