Description
It looks like the last known saved destination when exporting an image is not remembered when reopening the Export Image dialogue after saving.
Oddly enough, if you change the image type from the drop-down box, the last known save location is remembered.

This issue was caused by the image preview not updating when changing to the SVG file type, but this has now been fixed.
This issue is now resolved so it will be closed.

It seems that the last saved location is not remembered after restarting IGB. In 8.3.4 it is remembered so we may want to fix this before the major release.
