Description
It seems that the authentication window for data sources that require authentication is popping up before the IGB Main Screen does.
We should look into this to see if it can be fixed.

The authentication window is still popping up before the IGB main window but at least the IGB main window is not waiting to appear until the authentication window is closed.
However, the IGB main window does wait for the authentication window to be closed it seems if an unautheticated data provider is disabled before restarting IGB.
This should be fixed.
My testing verifies that this issue is resolved so it will now be closed.
