Add a page in the user's guide for Saving and Loading sessions

          Description

          Saving and Loading sessions in IGB is, or should be , a big feature of IGB, especially since there are default buttons for these actions in the IGB toolbar.

          But it seems that there is no page in the user's guide for this feature.

          Instead of letting users get confused about any limitations this feature may have, we should outline how to use the feature and what it can do in the IGB user's guide.

              I need to get more accurate wording for what is saved rather than "Loaded Data" since local files are not yet preserved when saving an IGB session.

              David noted that the Saving and Loading session feature should preserve data but not color, order, and other preferences after preferences are reset.

              I should also test whether or not the data gets loaded automatically when loading a session or if a user still needs to click "Load Data".
