Add info and images for insertions, deletions, and mutations in the IGB user's guide

Currently, IGB's user guide does not show how IGB visualizes insertions, deletions, or mutations.

This is important to have in the user's guide because users need to know what these variants look like and how to read them when they come across them in IGB.
