          Description

          Holding the Alt button in Windows causes rapid toggling between the hand and pointer icon.

          Holding the Alt button should just switch to one icon until the button is released but instead there is rapid toggling between the two icons making the trick of switching to the other icon with the Alt button unusable.

              Testing for this issue included pressing the Alt button to toggle between the hand and pointer icon in various locations of the program and then testing hand and pointer function to ensure that everything was working properly.

              Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
