Galaxy Integration Regression

          Description

          Galaxy links recently stopped working as expected. The links are leading to an errors in the bookmark module loading process. This is a must fix before the IGB 8.4.0 release as this is an important integration point for the application.

              Fixed on igb_8_5 branch and merged to "release candidate" (i.e. master branch). This will be rolled into the next alpha public release.

              My testing verifies that the following file formats are all viewing as expected when clicking the "View in IGB" link from Galaxy:

              -Bed
              -BigBed
              -Bam
              -Wig
              -BigWIg
              -BedGraph
              -GTF

              Since this story is resolved it will now be closed.
