Noticed on Windows and Mac; 8.4.0 but not 8.3.4:

It seems that a null pointer exception is being generated when a bookmark is created and a local file has been loaded.

To reproduce:
Open a local file into IGB and then try to create a bookmark, saving position and data.

Observe: You will see the following exception:
