can't edit QL URL when it's "not responding"

          Description

          To repeat:

          • Select File > Preferences > Data Source
          • Select Add
          • Use File Chooser to select a QL folder (choose one that works)
          • Select the QL site from the table
          • Select Edit
          • Enter a typo
          • Click refresh, if necessary, to force re-reading the configuration files

          Observe that the row turns red and is now longer selectable or editable.

          The only way to recover is to select Remove, remove the site, and try again.
