              Testing for this issue involved:

              -Verifying that the custom genome dialogue is using the native file chooser.
              -Verifying that the native file chooser is remembering the last used location, or resetting to the user's home folder when preferences are set to default.
              -Verifying that the custom genome functionality has not been affected by the change.

              Since this story is resolved it will now be closed.
