Make the "Save Password" checkbox checked by default

          Description

          We should make the "Save Password" checkbox in the Authenticator window enabled by default. This will prevent some frustration to the user.

              Testing for this issue included adding a secured Quickload site to verify that the "Save Password" check box was enabled in the authenticator. Testing also verified that the the status of the check box determined authentication of the Quickload site upon session restart.

              Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
