Description
While testing IGBF-815 I noticed that if I had two instances of ProtAnnot running within IGB and changed the residue color through one of the ProtAnnot windows then the residue color would update for both of the instances of ProtAnnot (once the other ProtAnnot window was clicked on). This behavior is acceptable.
However, when I went back into the ProtAnnot preferences through the instance that I did not initially change the color in then I would notice that the Color Preference widget was out of sync with the residue color seen in the coordinates track (see screenshot). This should be fixed before the next release.
