Working with multiple secure quickload sites causes authentication popup to trigger unexpectedly

          Description

          When working with multiple secure quickload sites, there is a bug on IGB 8.4.1 which causes the authentication dialog to appear multiple times despite a user having already saved their credentials.

          The issue is related to poor error handling of the quickload favicon request which often results in a "FileNotFoundException".

                Testing verifies that this issue is resolved on 8.4.2 but it still needs to be tested on 8.5.0.
