Maximizing ProtAnnot window does not resize proportionally

          Description

          If a user is using ProtAnnot and is zoomed into a gene model of their choice and later chooses to maximize the ProtAnnot window then the windows resizes without maintaining the zoomed proportions.

          So basically if a user is zoomed in the way they want to a gene model and then maximizes the window they will have to re-zoom in to their gene model.
