Description
To reproduce:
1) Add 2 secured quickload sites to IGB.
http://igbquickload.org/secureQuickloadTestSites/secureSiteTest - guest/guest
http://igbquickload.org/secureQuickloadTestSites/secureSiteTest2 - guest2/guest2
2) After ensuring that they were both added appropriately, remove one of the data sources.
3) Edit the URL of the data source still remaining to point to the URL of the one you just removed.
4) Now try to remove the data source that you just edited.
Observe:
You will not be able to remove the data source and no exception is seen in the console.
This issue is an edge-case but we should investigate it further to see if it indicates a more serious problem.

To reproduce:

Updated to fully resolve issue after it was noticed the modification of an existing dataProvider's url was preventing its removal from a set backing the table model in the DataProviderManagerGui
