Description
We have had stability issues reported by users and confirmed in our own testing with the use of the "native" FileDialog component. We need to roll back to the use of only JFileChooser components on the Linux platform to avoid potential runtime crashing bugs which plague some specific distros (e.g. Ubuntu 15.04).

Testing for this issue included checking on Mac and Windows to verify that the Save Image file chooser and Open file file choosers are still using the native file choosers. The Linux testing was performed by the Linux users on the IGB team.
Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
This issue still needs to be tested on the minor release candidate for 8.4.3.

I have confirmed rolling back the LoadFileAction's FileDialog resolves the crashing bug on Ubuntu 15.04. (git commit hash of this fix dffcb57efaf6d6c4b01534187739dcc6a9e4ec03)
