Close Protannot when cancelling file chooser and no gene model

            Testing for this story included closing ProtAnnot file chooser when no gene model is selected. I tested this under different circumstances such as if other ProtAnnot windows were running and the only ProtAnnot window that closed when canceling through the file chooser was the ProtAnnot window that was about to open (expected behavior). I canceled the file chooser through the "Cancel" button as well as the "X (Close)" button and everything functioned as expected.

            Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
