Description
While testing I noticed that some genomes' gene models will not start in Prot Annot (the message saying that no gene model is selected appears.)
To reproduce:
1) Go to a genome containing such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Bos taurus, or Tribolium castaneum and try to start ProtAnnot for a gene model.
*Observe:
ProtAnnot thinks that no gene model has been selected.

Testing for this issue included making sure that gene models from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Bos taurus, and Tribolium castaneum all opened into ProtAnnot appropriately and that all PA options, such as InterProScan, functioned as expected for these gene models.
Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
