We need casing consistency for Annotation Label Field options

          Description

          Annotation Label Field values for a gene models track includes "Description" which starts with a capital letter. All the other fields start with lower case letters. This looks very weird. Only proper nouns, all letters in an acronym, and the first letter of a sentence should be upper-case.

          We need to fix this to maintain consistency in the program.

              This has been fixed by Tarun so that everything is now uncapitalized.

              I think it would be better if each Label Field were capitalized and my reasoning is that almost every other item of text seen in the IGB interface has the first letter of each word capitalized. I think this approach makes each item of text stand out to the user a little better.

              I wanted to bring this up before closing this issue because I thought that it would make the that area of the annotation tab look a little more user friendly.
