Description
On Windows I noticed that the cache is not being refreshed automatically.
To see data sources a user must hit the "refresh" button in the cache tab in Preferences but this should not be required.
Testing for this issue included:
-Verifying that the cache tab was being refreshed each time a new data source was added to the cache.
-Verifying that the items being added to the cached tab were actually being cached (looked for a speed increase).
Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
