ProtAnnot gene labels should float

          Description

          The gene labels need to be improved. They should "float" so that they are always visible when the user pans left or right. Look carefully at how labels are implemented in IGB. We want the same thing for ProtAnnot, but using IGB "classic" resizable labels.
