      Description

A user has reported that navigating to some coordinate (e.g chr14:34206132-34206363) is causing IGB to freeze, but others are working as expected.

I have tested navigating to these coordinates and others on the Human Genome on IGB 8.4.3 on Linux, but could not reproduce the issue.

My testing verifies that the problem can be reproduced by following the steps below:

          1) Select Homo Sapien genome (version 2009).
          2) Set annotation label field to "None".
          3) Use the quick search to navigate to the following coordinates: chr14:34206132-34206363

Observe: IGB will jump to Chr14 but will then freeze.

NPAS3 - gene reliably reproduces the issue, but any large gene seems to work as well.

Testing for this issue on 8.4.4 included checking to see if IGB would freeze when following the steps below:

          1) Select Homo Sapien genome (version 2009).
          2) Set annotation label field to "None".
          3) Use the quick search to navigate to the gene "NPAS3".

*You should be able to zoom in on this gene as far as possible, zoom out all the way, and zoom in all the way again.

I also tested on several other large genes to see if the problem could be reproduced but it could not be.

My testing also included repeating the steps above using all of the Annotation Label Field options, toggling the "Arrow" option to show/hide intron arrows, loading sequence, resetting preferences to default.

My testing verifies that this issue is resolved on 8.4.4. This issue still needs to be tested on 8.5.0 before closing.

My testing verifies that this has also been fixed on 8.5.0 so this story will now be closed.
