This story was created as a reminder to test IGB caching.
Notes for improvements will be included in the comments for this story and then new JIRA stories will be created for approved changes.

Something to test: make sure that the apply button in the cache tab is working on Mac, because previously it wasn't.
Testing for this story included:
-Verifying that caching was functioning as expected on Mac as well as Windows.
-Verifying that the cached files were being accessed appropriately (a slight speed increase was also observed).
-Verifying that all buttons on the cache tab were operating as expected.
-Verifying that the popup for caching 2bit files was appearing when expected and that the buttons on the popup were functioning as expected.
-Verifying that local files were not being cached and no problems occurred when loading local files.
Since this story is resolved it will now be closed.
Waiting for caching bugs to be fixed before continuing with testing.
