ProtAnnot Span label colors are not updating based on span colors

          Description

          To reproduce:

          1) Run IPS on some ProtAnnot gene models so that ProtAnnot displays spans under the gene models.
          2) Change the color of "Domain" under ProtAnnot's Preferences to something like a very dark blue.
          *Observe: The ProtAnnot labels are not legible when the domain color is very dark.

          We should fix this so that ProtAnnot labels dynamically change to contrast against the domain color selected in ProtAnnot preferences.
