            Testing for this issue included:

            -Verifying that ProtAnnot is using the native file choosers for saving images (matches IGB).
            -Verifying that ProtAnnot is using the native file choosers for opening files (matches IGB).
            -Verifying that last used files names and locations are remembered when switching from IGB to ProtAnnot and vice versa.
            -Verifying that files were being saves and opened as expected.

            Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
