Reassigning to Tarun. The email validation is now on the IPS configuration page but the formatting and placement could be cleaned up a little:
- Need more padding below red e-mail validation message
- capitalization of message should be changed (for example, address is capitalized while e-mail is not)
- May be better to center the message under the enter password textbox

Re-testing for this issue included:
-Verifying that the email validation for using PA's IPS gives feedback right below the e-mail textbox.
-Verifying that valid emails work and invalid emails don't.
-Verifying that the valid email used is saved for the next time in PA.
-Verifying that IPS runs properly.
-Verifying that the capitalization of the message is now more consistent.
-Verifying that the message is now centered under the textbox.
Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
