            Description

            Improvements for Tabix-Indexer tool:

            1) I would want to hear Ann's feedback before changing the text, but I think that "Create Tabix-indexed BED file" would be a slight improvement over "Create tabix indexed bed file". (I am not sure about the capitalization of "BED" though)
